Gambas with an orange sauce and Cocoa pasta
For 6 persons :

Ingrédients : 18 gambas
60 to 70g of pasta/person
1 orange juice
25 cl of liquid cream
Butter, salt and pepper
Cook gambas in a frying pan with a little of butter. Add pepper.
Flambé gambas in a little Whiskey, then lower the fire.
Press an orange and pour the juice into the frying pan then add the liquid cream and mix to bind the sauce. Keep warm. At the same time cook cocoa pastas during 7/8 mn in salt water.
Serve pastas in accompaniment by adding a piece of salted butter.
