Bovetti Pasta

Why pasta?

When he was a child, Valter Bovetti spent whole Sundays in the kitchen of the family restaurant, perched on his wooden chair, rolling gnocchi, cutting ravioli, dusting with flour tagliatelle and other pasta specialities.

The dream of creating his chocolate factory would not have been fully realized if he hadn't included cocoa pasta in his favourite products! A way for Valter Bovetti to renew, in a tasty way, with his origins.

All the ingredients of Bovetti Pasta are natural: no additives, artificial flavours or preservatives.

The durum wheat semolina is of superior quality and guaranteed GMO-free. The porcini mushrooms are real, the basil and rosemary are fresh, the pink peppercorns are selected in grain, and walnuts come exclusively from Périgord AOC and finally... Cocoa is made from beans of the best origins.

Bovetti pasta prevail of an ancient tradition, with longer production and drying times in order to give the pasta a better quality , highlight its nutritional values and preserve its aromas.

The Bovetti Pasta (fusilli, conchiglie, ballerina...) with cocoa but also porcini mushrooms, rosemary, basil or Périgord walnuts (AOC) were even twice elected «Innovation SIAL» by a jury of professionals (2008 and 2012).
